Our Mission

North Coast County Water District

It is the mission of the North Coast County Water District to serve our customers by delivering a sufficient quantity of high quality water in the most cost-effective, reliable, and environmentally sensitive manner.

Furthermore, the Board, the staff and all employees of the District are committed to providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service.

The District operates as an agency of the state formed to provide local service in accordance with the California State Water Code. The District is responsible directly to the customers of the District. It is not an arm of the federal, county or city government.
