Each customer's water meter is read bi-monthly. Once read, a bill is sent to the customer for the amount of units used during that period. One unit of water is measured as CCF (One Hundred Cubic Feet) which equals 748 gallons. Please see our rates for more information.

Customers may pay anytime - day or night - by pay by phone. Dial 833-262-5908 and have your account number and property address ready to complete payment.
Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday we accept cash, check, money orders and credit/debit cards at our office located at 2400 Francisco Blvd., Pacifica. Online: Payments made online on our website are received the same day. You may choose to use your credit or debit card to pay online. Please note: Payments made through the customer's own banking service online may not be received for up to 10 days.
