The North Coast County Water District is governed by a five-person Board of Directors, each member of which must be a resident of Pacifica. The term of each Board member (other than a member appointed to fill a vacancy) is four years. The directors’ terms of office are staggered. The general election for the district is held in November of each even-numbered year. Members of the board are elected by residents of Pacifica. The next election will take place in November 6, 2018.
