20 Year Master Plan
In August 2013, the North Coast County Water District partnered with Stetson Engineers Inc. to complete a 20-Year Long-Term Master Plan. The purpose of the Plan is to evaluate the general condition of the District’s water system, utilizing a hydraulic model that Stetson constructed as part of its work, District records and maps containing dates facilities were originally constructed or installed, facilities inspection reports, and other water system information provided by the District. Specifically, this Plan identifies priority projects, cost estimates, and a proposed schedule to implement a 20-Year Capital Improvement Program (“CIP”) and help ensure the District can continue to supply safe and reliable drinking water to its customers. This report was accepted at the March 16, 2016 Board of Directors meeting.
